The inventor of the Trash Can Caddie, Alan, noticed one day all the long driveways that had trash cans sitting by the curb. Asking a friend of his how he gets his trash can down the long drive his friend looked at him and said “well, by walking the trash can.” Alan thought there HAS to be a better way to get a trash can down a long or steep driveway. Thinking about it on the drive home he came up with a solution to the problem. Little did he know an invention was soon to be created. After many countless hours the product became patented and the adventure had begun. Soon after he teamed up with a long time friend and work began on several prototypes. The final version as it is today went into production and the "trash can caddie" was born. After two decades of being in the convenient store, car wash and commercial property business, Alan wanted to turn his sights on coming up with innovative products that solve everyday problems.
